These days comic book conventions are a different world than they used to be 15-20 years ago. We went to the SF Comic-Con this Labor Day weekend and had a great time. We got to meet one of our favorite artists, Gerhard! It was amazing to learn more about his process and collaboration with other artists. Check out his work!

We also sat in on a panel called Women Write Comics with Trina Robbins, Dani Coleman, and Anne Toole.  It was an invigorating conversation about sexism, the writing collaboration between artists and writers, and the more diverse space of the comic book world vs. film and television.
